Notre Dame Fighting Irish Accent Desk/Table Lamp (9x16) Review

This is a decent desk lamp for the rabid Notre Dame fan. It's not very big. (I knew it was about 16 inches tall when I ordered it; however, the shade/dome part of the lamp was much smaller than I expected.) The base is black (so don't let the picture fool you) but is very substantial. I actually think the base is the lamp's best feature.

I'm not so convinced that the dome is glass. Although it came from "Traditions ArtGLASS," it sure does sound like it's plastic when you knock on it. But I'm not a stained-glass expert, so I'm not sure. All in all, it looks great, especially when it's lit, and my boyfriend loved it as a Christmas present.
