Great heavy base keeps lamp secured with no worries of tipping over.Sleek design with an Art-Deco look fits into anyone's decor.4-way touch turns light on 20 watt, 40 watt, 80 watt, and off.Takes two 40 watt type b bulbs (small socket) .Not sure they work with new CLF light bulbs, but still looking.I'm sure they are being developed at a reasonable price.Base measures 9 3/4" X 6 1/2".Stands 15" high with 9 1/2" X 10" thick beveled edge glass hood.Great look, great fun all at a great price.
