Full Spectrum Reading Desk Lamp in Beige Color Review

I am very unhappy with the condition of this product as received.It was shipped in the paperboard box used for display in stores not in a proper corregated shippingcontainer.The paperboard box was partially open and I haven't opened the box any further.I suspect that parts of the lamp are missing.I would like to return the item but there doesn't seem to be any provision for this in all of your screens, etc.
