Normande Lighting LED Desk Lamp 8-14-Inches in Height with Brushed Steel Finsih Review

This is a very versatile desk lamp that allows for multiple positions and heights.The height adjustable arms are tv antennas, literally and 6" isn't much travel, so I keep it in the extended position.The housing that holds the 18 led lights swings up and over so the lights shoot upward.The leds are really bright, great for examining things, but can be a little blinding.

Once I discovered the lamp head flips over and acts like a torchiere lamp, this is the main position I use.It provides enough light in my work area without being too bright.Oddly enough, I rarely use this as an actual desk lamp.It's a great value and serves my purpose.If you're looking for a desk lamp to cast light downward, I'd recommend looking at different lamps before buying one to see how much light it emits.
